Description
EARLY BIRD ACCESS
The program is launching soon (Early April, Yahweh willing) get access now. You will be notified when the program is opened.
Join our month-long therapeutic art group program designed to support holistic healing in every aspect of your well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Over the course of a month, you will engage in enriching lessons and daily art prompts within a supportive social learning environment alongside other students. You will also have direct access to me for guidance and encouragement throughout the journey. We will be doing activities that include painting, dancing, therapeutic journaling, photography, clay, drawing, making collages, creative storytelling, and more.
Neuro Art is for everyone. You do NOT have to be majorly talented as an artist, or talented at all, to do this program. The lessons will not be teaching art techniques but instead are focused on a more free personal form that people of nearly all ages and skill levels can accomplish and benefit from.
Some of the topics discussed in the lessons will include rewiring your brain/neuroplasticity, neurotransmitters and hormones, stress management, working through stresses and hurts throughout our lives, challenging perspectives in ourselves and situations, finding beauty in life even when we are in the darkest of storms, and finding shalom/peace.
This program can be done with the whole family. Most ages will enjoy participating in the daily prompts though the science and more technical information presented might go over the heads of the little ones. But hopefully, they will walk away with the moral of the course, that Yahweh created us to create and in doing so we are helping our whole being to feel better.
This program has 30 days of short, 3-15 minute, instructional video lessons to walk you through the new habit of creating Neuro Art for at least 20 minutes daily. You will learn how art rewires the brain and affects us from our heads to our toes, inside and out, from a scientific and biblical perspective. We will be diving into The Word daily and you are encouraged to include worship in your art time and works.
While the lessons are short, the activities will vary from 20 minutes to many hours, depending on the lesson and on how much time you want to spend on that project. The lessons are pre-recorded so never feel rushed. If you want to spend 3 hours on a project but don’t have that much time in a day, then take several days to finish that project. The important part is just to get 20-30 minutes of creativity in each day. You can come back to the next lesson on your own time when you are ready.
During this program, we will be making new habits that promote growth and transformation like the habits of taking every thought captive to make it obedient to Messiah, of mindfulness and being present, of taking a rest each day for our well-being, of questioning ourselves to become more self-aware of our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
This program will take place inside a private Facebook group that has been set up as a social learning experience with modules and lessons. You will be able to check off the lessons as you complete them and Facebook will keep up with where you are in the course. You can share your artwork and about your healing journey in the group and interact with the other students. You will also be able to access me through the group and you can private message me as well.
The creative art mediums are designed to be accommodating so that you don’t have to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on supplies. Most likely you have the materials you need already or can take a trip to the dollar store. You don’t need anything special. Materials that are recommended are watercolor paint, an assortment of coloring/writing utensils from markers to pencils to pens to colored pencils to crayons, paper (mixed media would be best), acrylic paint (optional), clay/playdoh/ingredients to make it, glue (craft, Elmers, and hot glue all would be helpful but are optional), salt, construction paper, writing paper/journal, something to take a picture with (phone or camera), and something to listen to Youtube on. Fabric and yarns would be fun but optional. I offer alternatives to the activities so you do not have to have all of these materials.
To ensure that your artistic exploration continues long after the program concludes, you will keep access to the Facebook group and you will receive over 6 months of bonus daily art prompts. This is an opportunity to nurture your creativity, connect with others, and embark on a transformative path toward healing through art. Embrace this chance to foster a deeper connection with yourself and others as you explore the therapeutic potential of creativity and rewiring your brain.

Donation-based program:
This program is donation-based. I know how it feels to be struggling and really needing someone’s expertise but unable to afford their services. I wanted to make it so that if anyone was in need of my help but couldn’t afford expensive coaching and programs they could still get the help they needed.
The different price options are available so that you can donate what you can afford and feel the course is worth. A special thanks to those who are generous and able to donate higher amounts. This makes it possible for me to offer this program and my coaching services to those who can only donate smaller amounts or are not able to donate at all. If you would benefit from this program or my coaching services but cannot donate at all, please contact me. We can work out a plan and see about provisions to help.
